Group plc was established in 1994 by the merger of two
well-established manufacturing companies. Located on
two factory sites in the heart of the West Midlands’
manufacturing region, the Group now comprises three
companies operating in the Plastic Extrusions and one
company in the Adhesive Tapes marketplace.
For
many years the Group has had a policy of re-investing
all its earnings in the form of new capital equipment.
This expenditure, combined with substantial commitment
to research, development and staff training over the
last few years, gives the Group today a strong technological
edge in its manufacturing capability and a skills base
that is second to none in its areas of operation. Further
investment in Computer Aided Design technology and leading
edge manufacturing plant has enabled the Group to offer
further improvements in its service to customers.
